vjtrance™ visual type: Trance location: International current location: Denmark Interview for community.audiovisualizers profile by DJ TECH a drum and bass dj from Buffalo NY vjtrance™ was born in Niagra falls NY but grew up in Buffalo NY, where i first started VJing at 658, underground club,Buffalo. I had previously studied Graphic design and was enchanted by the rave culture; it was 1999 and one moving trippy image segued, seamlessly, into another. Relocating to denmark in 2005, vjtrance™ has now been making and melding outstanding rhythmic visuals for more than a half decade. Upon landing in denmark, vjtrance™ found there were very few clubs embracing the audio-visual phenomenon. So, adopting a trance raver candy kid/DIY approach, he set out to shape his own nights,at various discoteks. Using the alias vjtrance™ creates sexy,trippy,chilled visceral ‘visuals for the masses’–visuals that sparkle with hypnotic,flashing lights, flashy disco balls, grooving bodies, and trippy, strang patterns of colour, formations and texture. His highly sought-after output is welcomed right around the world and back at home in NY in a wide range of contexts. He has, for example, enjoyed ‘AV sets’ with a few different top DJs in NY, he didnt know his one vj set was going to be hip hop and he was a trance vj and these have led him to create signature imagery for music video demos as well as live performances, as he did with DJ TECHS album, trancendence™. vjtrance™ has also released DVDs on his own label for other vjs, developed a longstanding partnership with DJ tech, headlined for some club nights, contributed to web sites, been a VJ spokesperson for some vj forums, and undertaken remix projects for companies like www.coolbarstuff.com,and manage entertainment. Continually seeking to nurture excellence within the scene,vjtrance™ has even founded his own AV label called soundlight™. hello back for another update i relocated to orlando florida which means im in the florida breaks area for another round of good times in the mean time i am building a new office and dvj bar setup for my back chill room its going to be awesome ill upload some pics soon on the the other hand i have built an awesome IT office for business been so busy! updates soon

wow all i can say is its been awhile i am back into vjing and i may have a residence gig in rochester newyork THE ROC i have a lot of new info to post and photos of past gigs i cant wait to vj again stay tuned peace

yes!!! ye hee i dont know but i been back in dk for about 3 weeks now and already got a job in sweeden just across the danish border. ill be gone for 2 or 3 weeks this is going to be to much fun my boss in dk let me be the boss of the truck driver and gave me a perdeuim of 10,000 danish krones and 1600 for my pay a day wow! rippin, now i can get my canon xti ive been rageing about to start the other half of my ad agencey, i wont disclose who i work for just yet but be prepared for lots of photos as i have as a back up 6 mega pixel canon camera i know its nothing to my new xti but it will have to do untill i get it! so stay tuned and let the madness begin ahaha road trip though europe YES! BEST PART IS IM PAID AND SO IS THE HOTELS peace

yeee haww wow after 1 yr of study i have recieved my cisco ccna certification. talk about difficult to obtain the courses for real cisco certification. in buffalo were 400 an hr for classes and you needed i think 80 hours so i had no choice but to go buy the offical cisco books and hit them head on, and then challenge the boards!let me tell you dont beleve what the interent says there is no easy way out of this. so no cheat sheets or brain dumps would ever work you need to understand switches,routers,the osi model inside out,and the os for cisco,before you can even begin to challenge these expensive exams! im not trying to make it sound though but if your a lil lost looking in a+ cert book i wouldint even atempt it! honestly theres really no way easy i tried back front whatever once you understand bolean algerbra,and some binary math,then maybe just maybe you might want to try, now since i have past the exam and have certification in hand, i will craft the best resume i can and shoot for the corperate stars wish me luck!
